The Classic Army XM177 E2 X-series is an AEG that replicates the iconic retro rifle used by MACV-SOG during the Vietnam War and seen in films such as Blood Diamond and Black Hawk Down. Its 11.5-inch outer barrel carries a distinctive flash suppressor, while the injection-molded polymer handguard and pistol grip reproduce the original receiver design and markings.
As part of the Classic Army X-series, it features an enhanced motor, a quick-change spring guide, reinforced internal components, and a nylon fiber CAR-15 style adjustable stock. It is Li-Po ready with the battery stored in the handguard, and offers SAFE-SEMI-AUTO fire controls plus a functional charging handle and bolt catch for easier hop-up access. The rifle accepts AR15/M4 style AEG magazines, 7.4v or 11.1v Li-Po batteries with a small Tamiya plug, and 6mm BBs, and comes with a 20rnd style hi-cap magazine and a manual.
