*WARNING * I bought these stock on youtube channel recommendation. IT Was kinda “MID”. I got a 5KU mcx “minimalist stock” and j Mac style ST6 m4 stock adapter. The stock material was acceptable for its price but…The minimalist issue is the folding hinge. It has a lot of play. The hinge spring creeks and sticks (smooth out a little with hops gun grease and oil but still not smooth as the actual OEM sig stock mechanism). You CAN’T just pull out the swing arm without depressing the hinge or lifting up before opening up. I try it on for the first time and it felt like it going to break and now have slop after doing so. The original OEM Sig stock compared will open with a firm tug and lock in without play. The rubber butt pad has gap/ not cut or mold flush and made from a softer material too. For the 1/3 of the price… it’s OK or cost/value effective but NOT “JUST AS GUDD”.

The stock is great. Nice fit and finish. The folding mechanism needs work though. It’s wobbly and rattles when in the extended, locked position. In the folded position, it easily swings away from the weapon. If the folding mechanism was solid, this would get five stars.

The folding mechanism is really tight.
