SIXmm - New AsiaAirsoft with no client service

How can you explain it, as englsh isn't my main language.

SIXmm is the old AsiaAirsoft, and you can see it when you make a case on PayPal.
3 weeks of wait until they send my order, no answer on WhatsApp or mail, PayPal case opened, no answer until 3 weeks.

Then, when the case will be closed and money refund, oh woaw, parcel's been sent, what a coincidence !

Products are good, and quantity also, but I won't order again on this shop, as Client Service isn't their first option when selling.
