• HYDRA is the first dual optic mount designed for end-users that offers a 2.91”  Optic Centerline for faster target ID, regardless of gear/ equipment obstructions, ie. EarPro/Comms headsets, Gas masks/ CBRN, and Night vision use. A higher Optic allows for a more athletic posture and “Heads up” attitude that enables the end-users to maintain a vertical spine which translates to body armor or “presenting plates” to the threat. This “Heads up” style allows for faster processing speed and increased situational awareness.
• The unique and patented design offers two separate elevated MIL-STD-1913 rail or Picatinny platforms for direct attachment of optics and aiming devices. It’s perfect for the super short PDW/SMG platforms where rail space is limited but the need for mounting a light and laser is still critical. The pass-through on the neck allows for cable management or iron sight passthrough.
